We usually request a minimum of 2 weeks notice for custom orders, but there are instances where we can accommodate shorter time frames. Feel free to ask us about our availability as the complexity and size is the contributing factor.  

To secure your custom order a non-refundable 50% deposit minimum is required. This is confirmation for us and peace of mind for yourself. Once the deposit is paid it is confirmed as acceptance of the quote and coinciding terms and conditions. Further changes to your order could incur additional charges should they be alterations to the original quote. 

With adequate time (more than 24 hours) we can reschedule your order for a different date or provide you with a voucher that you can use within 12 months of your original order. However, we require at least 48 hours' notice per our terms and conditions. 

Portions are dependent and variable as to the event, theme, time of day event is to be held and the general age of the guests. We recommend discussing with us as to the details so we can advise the best recommendation fore your order.

Yes, we can cater to specific dietary requirements as best we can however, it's cruccial to note that while we make every effort to ensure the utmost care. We cannot 100% guarantee that our products will be completely free from specific ingredients. This is solely due to atmospheric and environmental contaminants that are prepared in the same premises as our alternative items.
